Holiday house type C is stiuated in the Marinapark. These holiday houses have a special broad arrangement. Holiday house type C is built west of Watersportcentrum Tacozijl.
Planned are 9 holiday houses type C. The holiday houses are situated at the water and have a hardwood landing-stage over the full length of the lot. The holiday house includes four mooringposts.
Room for own design
Holiday house type C has two floors. The first floor includes an entrance, living room, kitchen, toilet, hallway and storageroom.
From the livingroom a staircase leads down to the two bedrooms. Another staircase leads from the living room to the extra floor. On that floor there is room for the bathroom and bedroom and a spare room.
The total surface of holiday house type C is 101.7 m2.
Extended choice in
Holiday house type C will be built on parcels of different sizes, the parcels including water variate from 415 m2 to 502 m2. There are two holiday houses on cornerparcels. These include an own landing-stage.
Exeptional design, professionaly built
The holiday houses are sold all cost included. They are built under supervision of Bouwkundig Bureau de Jong of Oosthem. This company allso provided the designs of the houses and chalets.
