Holiday house type B has an unique layout. The holiday house has two floors. The living room with open kitchen is on the firsth floor.
On the main floor you will find the entrance, a hallway, toilet, bathroom and three bedrooms. The holiday house also has an inhouse storageroom of 62 m2.
The holiday house has a large terrace with a beautifull view of the water, and is 41.9 m2.
The total surface of holiday house type B is 131,5 m2.

The holiday houses are sold all cost included. They are build under supervision of Bouwkundig Bureau de Jong of Oosthem. This company also provided the designs of the houses and chalets.
